Musician, presenter and academic Doireann Ní Ghlacáin is best known for her work as a TV presenter on prominent cultural programming with TG4 and RTÉ radio one. In 2024 she completed a PhD in the Irish language in University College Galway. She is well known as a traditional musician and sean nós singer having performed the world over with her music.
